Pick-up locations include selected hotels in AlUla and Winter Park’s visitors' parking.
Guests must arrive on time for the pick-up, as the guide will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes.
The take-off and landing locations are managed exclusively by the Hero Balloon Flights operations team.
No personal vehicles are allowed at the take-off site; all transport is provided by Hero Balloon Flights.
