No elevation gain, just a long hike with various terrains.
Duration: 8 km guided hike (3-4 hours)

What to bring:
Ankle-support hiking boots (Mandatory)
Small backpack (Day pack) – 30 Liters or less
A dry set of clothing
Nice to have: Hiking stick, Hat & Jacket
Dress in comfortable hiking attire and ankle-support hiking boots. Bring a hat, sunscreen, jacket/windbreaker, polar fleece, and backpack.
Pack a change of clothes to wear after submerging in pools of water.
Hiking requires physical fitness and stamina.
Hiking clothes and boots will not be provided.
Important notes:
Be mindful of booking other activities if the estimated return time overlaps with this experience. The tour will not wait, and if you do not make it on time, you will be marked as a no-show and lose your ticket. There is no rescheduling or refunding.
Note: We require a minimum of 4 pax to run each experience. If the trip does not reach the minimum number, you will be offered a different time or alternate activity. However, if this does not suit you, you will be refunded.
This trail can only be accessed by foot, with no motorized vehicles beyond the starting point.
You might have to swim through sections of cold water in winter. Our team can provide a life jacket for those who cannot swim.
Stick to the designated path and follow your guide. Do not go off the trail by yourself.
Do not light any fires.
Do not discard litter or cigarette butts anywhere on the trail.
If you encounter animals, keep a respectable distance away from them.
Do not feed birds or animals on the trail.
Do not damage or remove any flora or fauna.
Do not remove rocks, stones, or any other materials from the natural habitat.
Do not touch the pictographs or disturb any archaeological sites – only photos are allowed.
Do not play loud music – it will disturb the animals and your fellow hikers.
Leave no trace - To preserve a safe environment for nature and wildlife, we kindly ask you to take back everything you bring with you.
There is no bathroom on this adventure; you need to be comfortable with the outdoors.
There is no signal during the whole duration of the hike. The signal while on the road is intermittent.
Remember that we are guests here, firstly of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and secondly of this unique and highly sensitive ecosystem. Please respect both, and always remember, it is a privilege to be here and not a right!
