Upon arrival at the take-off site, guests are welcomed with coffee, water, and local dates as they prepare for a 45 to 60-minute flight over the iconic landscapes.

Once in the air, passengers can take in the panoramic sights, floating over the vast desert and ancient ruins of Hegra. Upon landing, a delightful reception awaits, with glass water bottles, our signature mocktail, cookies, and fresh strawberries offered to all guests.

Guests will receive their exact pick-up time the evening before the flight.
Pick-up locations include selected hotels in AlUla and Winter Park’s visitors' parking.
Guests must arrive on time for the pick-up, as the guide will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes.
The take-off and landing locations are managed exclusively by the Hero Balloon Flights operations team.
No personal vehicles are allowed at the take-off site; all transport is provided by Hero Balloon Flights.
